Tour Summary
A nine day safari combining 2 nights Amboseli Porini Camp, Selenkay Conservancy with walks and night game drive, game drive in Amboeli for viewing elephants close up, followed by 2 nights at Porini Rhino Camp, Ol Pejeta Conservancy, 2 nights Mara Porini Camp, Ol Kinyei Conservancy and 2 nights Porini Lion Camp, Olare Orok Conservancy with walks and night drives in the Mara famous for lions, cheetahs and leopards. Accommodation is in four camps that complement each other perfectly. Staying first at Amboseli Porini Camp in the Selenkay Conservancy, then Porini Rhino Camp in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, followed by Mara Porini camp in Ol Kinyei and ending at Porini Lion Camp in the Olare Orok Conservancy adjacent to the Mara Reserve. The Safari Camps are small and exclusive and run on the same environmentally sound principles - working closely with the local communities. All camps are specially designed to have minimum impact with no permanent structures.

Itinerary:

Day 1: Drive from Nairobi to Amboseli
Road transfer from Nairobi to Amboseli Porini Camp. Lunch at the camp. Enjoy evening walk with Masai, sundowner and night game drive in the conservancy. Dinner and Overnight Amboseli Porini Camp.

Day 2: Day in Amboseli
Game drives and walking activities in Amboseli National Park with picnic lunch. Later return to camp for Porini Camp with all activities. All meals at Amboseli Porini Camp.

Day 3: Fly from Amboseli to Nanyuki via Nairobi
Early morning game drive followed by breakfast. Then transfer to the airstrip for the 09.45 hours Safarilink flight to Wilson, connecting onto 10.20 hours flight to Nanyuki, arriving Nanyuki at 12.40 hours. Overnight and all meals and game activities at Porini Rhino Camp.

Day 4: Day in Ol Pejeta
Early morning game drive followed by breakfast. After breakfast, further game activities including walks in the sanctuary. All meals and game activities at Porini Rhino Camp, Ol Pejeta.

Day 5: Fly from Nanyuki to Maasai Mara
Breakfast at the Camp. Then transfer to the airstrip for the 09.45 Safarilink flight to Mara arriving at 11.00. On arrival Maasai Mara, pick up by camp vehicle and transfer to Mara Porini Camp in Ol Kinyei conservacy area. Game activities, dinner and overnight at Mara Porini Camp.

Day 6: Day in Maasai - Mara Porini Camp
All day game activities in Maasai mara. All meals and overnight at Mara Porini Camp.

Day 7: Day in Maasai Mara – transfer to Porini Lion Camp
After breakfast, drive for full day in Mara Game Reserve with picnic lunch. Transfer from Mara Porini Camp to Porini Lion camp in Olare Orok conservacy area. Dinner and overnight Porini Lion Camp.

Day 8: Day in Maasai Mara – Porini Lion Camp
All day game activities in Olare Orok. All meals and overnight at Porini Lion Camp.

Day 9: Fly from Maasai Mara to nairobi
Early morning game activites followed by breakfast. At 10.00 hours transfer to the airstrip for the 11.00 Safarilink flight to Wilson arriving at 12.15 hours. Pick up and transfer to your hotel or airport.

Note:

Porini Camps will be closed from April 16 to May 31 2010 during the long rains.

THE PRICES ABOVE INCLUDE:
Road transfer from Nairobi to Amboseli Porini.
Flights Amboseli-Wilson-Nanyuki/Ol Pejeta-Mara-Wilson.
Amboseli Porini for 2 nights, Amboseli park fees and conservancy fees,
Porini Rhino Camp for 2 nights including all park /conservancy fees,
2 nights Mara Porini and 2 nights Porini Lion Camp with park and conservancy fees
All game drives in 4x4 vehicles,
Fullboard and free house wines, beer and soft drinks.
And all activities at Porini Camps.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Children (8-16years) each pay 60% if sharing with 2 adults; If sharing with 1 adult the adult pays single supplement and child pays 50%; 2 children in own tent 75% of adult rate each; 4th child in tent is strongly discouraged due to limited space in tent and shower/toilet facilities.

Porini Camps are not suitable for Children below 8 years.
